About Me

I'm a professional pianist, bassist, and music producer with over 20 years of experience playing and performing music. Music has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and over the years, it's taken me all over the country. From touring nationally with bands to performing solo piano for senior living communities and private events, I've had the opportunity to play for all kinds of audiences.

My musical background covers a wide variety of styles, including classic standards, jazz, blues, rock, pop, and oldies. I enjoy being able to adapt to different musical settings, whether that's providing relaxing background piano music, playing familiar sing-along favorites, or performing on stage with a full band.

One of my favorite things about performing is connecting with an audience. I especially enjoy playing piano for senior living communities, where a familiar song can bring back memories, get people singing along, or simply brighten someone's day. I also perform for private parties, celebrations, and special events, tailoring the music to fit the occasion and the people I'm playing for.

Live Performance & Touring

Alongside my solo piano performances, I'm an active bassist and keyboardist. I currently perform with Anthony Shore's Elvis Tribute Band, ShenaniGoats with Kaity Heart, and with Shirts & Skins. I've toured throughout the United States with both acts, performing for audiences at a variety of venues and events.

I started playing bass in 2017 when I formed my first band with Graham Hawkinson, now of Golden Satellite. Since then, I've had the opportunity to perform with a number of groups, including Out of Sight Out of Mind, Two Shots Down, Elite Bullshit, Untitled Eyes, Rosie, and Golden Satellite.

Playing with so many different musicians over the years has helped me develop an appreciation for a wide range of musical styles. It's also taught me how to adapt, listen, and work with other performers, whether I'm playing bass in a touring band or sitting down at a piano for a solo performance.

Music Production & Collaboration

Outside of live performance, I've spent years working in music production and audio engineering. Over the past decade, I've worked with Arturo Renteria, a talented producer based in the Twin Cities, developing my skills in recording, production, and working with other artists.

I've also had the opportunity to collaborate with artists from around the world, including Matt Flood of the UK band Caskets, as well as Yassine the Artist and K.A.S.E from Bermuda. These collaborations have allowed me to explore different musical styles and work with musicians from a variety of backgrounds.

Whether I'm recording in a studio, producing music, or performing live, I enjoy the creative process and the opportunity to bring musical ideas to life.

Why I Love What I Do

For me, music has always been about more than just playing the right notes. It's about connecting with people, entertaining an audience, and creating experiences that people will remember.

Some of my favorite performances have been the smaller ones, sitting at a piano in a senior living community and watching people light up when they recognize a song. Other times, it's the energy of performing on stage with a band in front of a large crowd. Both experiences are rewarding in their own way.

After more than two decades of making music, I still enjoy every opportunity to sit down at a piano, pick up a bass, or work on something new in the studio.
